Conventional Brokerage: We provide standard brokerage services to Seller and Landlord clients throughout the greater Upper Valley area. We advertise available properties in local, regional and national media as well as our web page.


BUYER BROKERAGE:

We provide Buyer Client brokerage services, including locating available properties whether on the market or not, performing due diligence and negotiating sale contracts or leases. For both Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenant clients we also consult on site development, assist in the permitting process, assist in the acquisition of qualified contractors, provide owner's representation during the construction process and provide leasing/selling services as needed.


CONSULTING:

Woodard Associates provides Consultation Services for leases, sales, options, feasibility studies, and opinions of value. We provide these services regularly on an hourly basis.


PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

We currently manage over 350,000 square feet of commercial and condominium properties in the Upper Valley. We provide both physical and accounting services for our clients. We also provide annual budgeting (capital and operating), rent collection, contract negotiations, permit applications, monthly statements, and leasing services.
